深夜厨房之 ’蜜汁烤鸡翅‘ Baked Honey Chicken Wings


很久没有上食物的帖子了, 因为上个星期从韩国回来后, 就很努力的写游记, 深怕时间一久了, 就会比较难写出来了. 但是这段时间, 我开始想念厨房了, 开始想念自己躲在厨房埋头苦干的乐趣。 所以在今天的劳动节, 趁着有得休息, 又可以开始玩转厨房了. 



以前烤蜜汁鸡都习惯用鸡腿, 因为感觉比较耐饱. 不过昨天心情不好见到超级市场的鸡翅, 就突然想吃, 就买了好几只. 然后为了今天处理比较方便, 所以我昨晚就开始把鸡翅洗干净, 再涂上腌汁, 放在冰箱隔夜, 会更入味. 我在深夜时才在厨房忙, 不了解的人还真的会以为我是不是疯 , 哈哈, 不过我享受过程就好. 


蜜汁烤鸡翅 (参考自小小米桶的零油烟厨房)
  • 鸡翅 12只
  • 洋葱 1个
  • 蜂蜜 2Tbsp
腌汁用料
  • 酱油 3Tbsp
  • 米酒 2Tbsp
  • 糖 1/2tsp
  • 蒜 末 1/2tsp
  • 姜末 少许
  • 五香粉 少许
  • 白胡椒粉 少许
  1. 鸡翅洗干净后, 用牙签在鸡翅上弄几个小洞, 帮助入味。
  2. 腌汁用料充分混合均匀后, 加入鸡翅拌允, 放入冰箱一个小时, 或隔夜. 
  3. 取出, 将洋葱切粗条放在烤盘上, 再摆上鸡翅。
  4. 放入预热 200‘C的烤箱, 烤15分钟,翻面刷上腌汁, 续烤10分钟,后翻回正面刷上蜂蜜, 再略烤5分钟, 即完成.

  • Chicken wings 12
  • Onion 1
  • Honey 2Tbsp
To marinate:
  • Soy sauce 3Tbsp
  • Rice wine 2Tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2tsp
  • Garlic (chopped) 1/2tsp
  • Ginger (chopped) 1/2tsp
  • Five spice powder 1/2tsp
  • Pepper 1/4tsp
  1. Wash the chicken wings and dry them up, poke a few holes on on them to help the absorption of marinates.
  2. Marinate the chicken wings for at least 1 hour in fridge or overnight.
  3. Cut the onions into thin stripes and put a layer on baking tray, and put the chicken wings on it.
  4. Put the tray into oven and bake at preheated oven at 200'C for 15 minutes. Turn over the chicken wings and brush with the balance marinates, continue to bake for another 10 minutes.
  5. Again, turn over the wings and brush with honey, bake for another 5 minutes and they are ready to be served.

这道烤鸡翅只要前一天准备好, 第二天只需要烤的工作而已, 很方便。 我通常都是放了甜黄椒, 番茄和毛毛虫马铃薯一起烤,  当配菜, 就可以完成丰富的一餐了. 我涂了厚厚一层的蜂蜜, 所以烤出来比较金黄色.   原来吃烤鸡腿和烤鸡翅是有分别。烤鸡翅会吃得比较过瘾, 一个是不够吃的, 吃了还会忍不住多要一个。

    Thanks for the translation and have try this. My family and frieds love it so much that I am going make again this weekend. You said about chicken drumsticks must I make any cut on the drumsticks because take longer to cook.
