溶在口里♥德国酥饼German Butter Cookies♥


算一算, 第五年做这个德国酥饼了, 可见它的流传度可不是赖的。 每年都会搞些小变化, 这次反而有点懒散了, 就只是原味和绿茶味,再加上罂粟子增添口感。 不过这个饼干越做越顺手, 不用两个小时就可以搞定一切。 所以这次我是趁着自己突然好想吃有浓浓奶油味道的饼干, 才晚上动手来做饼干。


德国酥饼
A: 牛油 250g  ,糖粉 80g
B:  马铃薯粉 250g   面粉 100g  罂粟子 1Tbsp
C:  绿茶粉 1tsp
  1. 把牛油和过筛的糖粉用搅拌机搅匀。
  2. 加入马铃薯粉, 面粉和罂粟子拌匀成面团。
  3. 面团的1/4加入绿茶粉拌匀成团。
  4. 取少许原味面团, 和少许绿茶面团揉成小粒, 再用叉稍微压扁。
  5. 放进预热170'C 的烤箱烤15-20 分钟。
German Butter Cookies
A: Butter 250g  Icing Sugar 80g (sifted)
B: Potato Starch 250g Flour 100g  Poppy seeds 1Tbsp
C: Green Tea Powder 1tsp
  1. Beat butter and icing sugar together till fluffy. 
  2. Sift in potato starch, flour and poppy seeds.
  3. Mix 1/4 of the batter with  green powder.
  4. Take a pinch of green tea batter and plain batter, round them together to form a ball, slightly press down with a fork. 
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 170‘C for 15-20minutes.

饼干如往年一样, 非常的酥脆, 而且还保有那种溶在口里的感觉, 我不知不觉就吃下好几个。 这个饼干那么受欢迎也有它的原因, 除了材料简单外, 步骤也不复杂, 但用品质好的奶油很重要的, 我用SCS的, 很香!

  1. 我之前懒惰出去买牛油,就用了家里有的Planta。。结果酥饼都是planta味,没有我想要的奶香味。。呜呜。。所以今天我出去扫了几砖SCS的。。希望可以得到我想要的奶香味咯。。

    1. 牛油的牌子真的很重要, 有差噢, 因为我喜欢奶香味的, 所以我都会买好牌子的。

  8. I love this cookies, Min. Tried to bake it last night. The dough was very sticky till I almost give up. I spent more than 4 hours on this but I'm very happy with the end product. It's so yummy! Going to keep it in a container and bring back to my family as CNY cookies in 3 weeks time :) Thanks for sharing!

  9. Min, 我做的无法像你这样可以弄到圆粒,我的面糊实在很粘稠!根本无法做到搓揉!无论我冷藏多久,出来后又暖化!很懊恼!
    以放进去烤炉!就融化,变成扁扁的!只有去年我拼命加粉才可以让面团可以揉到圆粒!
    可以教教我该怎么办?
