星期天万岁之蜜汁烤箱烧鸡腿 Honey-Glazed Grilled chicken


一个星期里头,最最喜欢星期天了, 感觉是整个星期最轻松, 最随心所欲的一天。 因此这一天, 我都常都会呆在家里, 一副懒惰的心情, 那里也不想去。 只要有咖啡, 音乐还有一本书的陪伴, 我就满足了, 可以很快乐的过一整天。 但是偶尔为了医饱肚子, 还是需要下橱一下。 而这一餐, 有妹妹的帮忙, 所以来得简单了一些。 



蜜汁烤箱烧鸡腿
  • 鸡腿 4只
  • 蜂蜜 2Tbsp
  • 马铃薯 2个
  • 洋葱 1个
  • 番茄 1个
醃汁用料:
  • 酱油 2Tbsp
  • 黑酱油 1tsp
  • 米酒 1Tbsp
  • 蜜糖 2Tbsp
  • 白胡椒粉 1/2tsp
  • 蒜末 1tsp
  • 薑末 1tsp
  1. 鸡腿洗干净后, 用厨房纸巾擦干水份, 在鸡腿上刮几刀, 以帮助入味。 
  2. 醃汁混合, 加入鸡腿拌匀后, 放入冰箱冷藏1个小时。
  3. 把鸡腿放在烤架上, 下面放一个烤盘, 让汁滴下来。 
  4. 洋葱切片, 马铃薯切片,番茄切成4片, 放入容器, 加入少许橄榄油, 香草, 还有盐调味。
  5. 把鸡腿和马铃薯配料一起放入预热200‘C的烤箱, 烤大概30分钟。
  6. 取出, 鸡腿刷上蜜糖, 再继续烤10分钟。 
Honey-Glazed Grilled chicken
  • Chicken whole leg 4
  • Honey 2Tbsp
  • Potato 2
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
To marinate:
  • Soy sauce 2Tbsp
  • Dark soy sauce 1/2tsp
  • Rice wine 1Tbsp
  • Honey 2Tbsp
  • Garlic (chopped) 1tsp
  • Ginger (chopped) 1tsp
  • Pepper 1/2tsp
  1. Wash the chicken whole legs and dry them up, poke a few holes on on them to help the absorption of marinates.
  2. Marinate the chicken whole legs for at least 1 hour in fridge or overnight.
  3. Cut the onions into thin stripes, potatoes into cubes and tomato into 4 pieces, and put in a baking tray, mix with mixed herbs, salt and olive oil.
  4. Put the chicken whole legs on a grill pan with a tray below to collect the juice. 
  5. Put both the trays into oven and bake at preheated oven at 200'C for 30 minutes. 
  6. Take out the chicken whole legs and brush with the honey, continue to bake for another 10 minutes.

这次的烤鸡跟以前的大同小异, 是因为这次的烤鸡腿我有放烤架。 觉得用烤架的话, 烤出来的鸡腿, 皮会比较香脆, 没有那么湿, 而且烤架底下滴下的汁可以拿来沾鸡腿吃, 比较入味。 只是每次吃的时候, 都把鸡皮拨掉, 所以香脆与否对我来说只是视觉的效果而已。 

 洋葱和马铃薯, 原来也是很好的搭档, 它俩配合的天衣无缝。

而且这次还有心型的饭, 应该会吃的更窝心。
