转一下话题,看看我近来做的一些东东吧。
看得出是什么蛋糕吗?我做的是蕃薯戚风蛋糕,我用的是紫色的蕃薯,一开始以为成果会呈现很深的紫色,但是应该我买的蕃薯的颜色不太深,所以出来颜色看不出紫色。 口感没有一般戚风蛋糕那么蓬松,比较像海绵蛋糕,但是我觉得很香,算蛮健康的一个蛋糕吧。
这个应该是叫Chocolate Almond Biscotti. 其实就是biscuit在意大利的叫法吧。做法是很简单,只用了糖,面粉,蛋,杏仁还有巧克力块。因为过程有烘两次,所以这种饼干可以收藏比较久。我自己蛮喜欢吃这个的,因为没有用到牛油,罪恶感没有那么大。

ReplyDeleteJames: Bakings during weekends did help me to save some money (if not, I will go shopping)...About the plate, maybe I should ask SushiKing to pay me, since I advertised their plate for FREE...hehe.
