所谓的 Mini OREO-Peanut Butter Surprise Cupcakes


这是我跟小妹的杰作， 我是负责准备蛋糕体， 而她则准备里头的夹心酱。 这个食谱也是她上网找的， 起初我也没觉得有什么特别， 就只是普通的杯子蛋糕而已。 不过尝试过后， 觉得味道很不错， 就是里头有夹 oreo 饼干， 还有cream cheese 和 peanut butter 的配搭， 所以可以吃到很多味道， 还蛮特别。 呵呵， 总算心思没有白费。 有兴趣的朋友可以参考 Kraft 的网站吧， 我妹常在那边爬食谱的。

很快又到月底了， 算一下， 这个月的部落格篇真的很少， 加上这个只有5篇而已。 应该是大妹回来了， 节目比较多了， 所以比较少乖乖的呆在家里写部落格了。 不过老实说， 近来的花费真的很多， 该买的买了， 不该买的也买了， 呵呵， 这样下去我都不敢想象。 所以啊， 是时候要克制一下了， 7月还有一个旅程， 我还想去那边血拼的呢 :)

    Wow u r making cupcake now, that day me and my younger sis tried to make buy failed, the cake not soft enough :(

    Mindy: Maybe you can get a better recipe, it's not hard to make cupcake, pratise makes perfect, gambateh!

    Can be get Mini Oreo Cookies in Malaysia?? I can't find any though... you used the whole piece or break into half??

    Isabel: I use normal chocolate butter cake recipe, but of course you can use those premix flour for convenience. I also couldn't find Mini Oreo Cookies in Malaysia, so I bought the normal ones and break into smaller pieces. Good luck in your baking ya :)

    I've tried already and the kids just loved it.. but I found it a bit too sweet with the whole chunk of oreo in it.. It is no doubt a creative way of cupcake making.
