下午茶时光 の 酥皮杏仁棒 Almond Puff Pastry Sticks


友人之前从香港的钜记买了出名的杏仁酥块让我们尝试, 我们试了终于品味到它的厉害了。 那个酥饼真的很酥, 而且很重奶油味, 会让人吃了还想吃。 至于我这次分享的, 是有点类似的酥饼, 我把它做成条状, 比较容易吃。 其实这样的酥条之前在网络也很流行, 只是那时候我总是缺乏其中的材料, 所以拖到现在才有机会尝试。



这个杏仁棒的做法其实就很直接简单, 只要到超市买好现成的酥皮, 再准备好杏仁片, 就可以开工了。 整个完成的过程也不复杂, 可以现烤现吃当下午茶点心, 配一杯咖啡就是享受了。

酥皮杏仁棒 (参考自Ta 的日记
-可做成20条
  • 现成千层酥皮 4片(10cm x 10cm)
  • 杏仁片 50g
  • 细糖 适量
  • 蛋液 1个
  1. 先把现成千层酥皮从冷冻库拿出来放室温5分钟。 
  2. 在现成千层酥皮 上刷上一层蛋液, 在撒上细糖。 
  3. 再放些杏仁片。
  4. 用擀面棍轻轻压在表面, 把杏仁片和细糖都按到面皮里。
  5. 翻面,用同个方法, 刷蛋液,撒细糖,擀面棍轻轻压。
  6. 用刀把它们切成长条。
  7. 捏起长条两段, 形成螺旋状。 
  8. 排入烤盘, 放入预热200'C烤大概15-20分钟。

  • Ready-made puff pastry 4 pieces (10cm x 10cm)
  • Almond flakes 50g
  • Sugar 2Tbsp
  • Egg (lightly beaten) 1
  1. Take the puff pastry from freezer to defrost it for about 5 minutes.
  2. Brush the puff pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle with some sugar.
  3. Then, add in some almond flakes on it.
  4. Using a rolling pin, lightly press down on the pastry to let the almond flakes and sugar stick to the pastry.
  5. Turn the pastry over and repeat the same steps as above.
  6. Cut the pastry into long stripes with a knife.
  7. By holding the two ends of pastry, twist them a bit and arrange on baking tray.
  8. Bake in preheated oven at 200‘C for 15-20minutes.

这个杏仁条刚刚出炉的时候最爽口, 所以最好当天可以消耗完毕。 其实这个酥条也可以放些起司, 做成咸味的, 也很不错。


原味的酥皮是没有味道的, 所以糖的部份真的不可以忽略掉。 这个也真的会吃上瘾, 一不小心就会吃下好几个, 因为酥酥脆脆, 不会有饱的感觉。

    1. Yeah, you should try this out. I don't have the patient to make my own puff pastry, so the store-bought one is the most convenient for me, hehe.

    当时在那里被成群的大陆客包围,嘈杂中只匆匆拿了几包核桃酥。。。
