周末的晚餐通常都是简单的煮个香蒜意大利面草草了事, 这次是因为看到冰箱用了一半的鲜奶油, 所以才想起这个食谱的。 有时候吃厌了香蒜口味的, 就会想念白酱的意大利面, 而且这个也真的没有让我失望, 很快的我的晚餐又上桌了。
蘑菇培根白酱意大利面
- 意大利面 2人份
- 橄榄油 2Tbsp
- 蒜头, 切片,2瓣
- 培根, 切块, 4片
- 蘑菇, 切片, 3个
- 红甜椒,西兰花, 切小块
- 黑胡椒粉适量
- 面粉 2Tbsp
- 鲜奶油 1/3杯
- 牛奶 1杯
- 酱油 1Tbsp
- 意大利面根据包装上的指示准备好。 牛奶和鲜奶油放入一个相同的容器备用。
- 在一个平底锅, 放入橄榄油把蒜头炒香, 加入培根。
- 再放入菇类, 红甜椒和西兰花翻炒, 加入黑胡椒粉。
- 加入面粉, 拌匀。 加入鲜奶油和牛奶, 继续搅拌。
- 把白酱煮滚, 然后加入酱油拌匀。
- 白酱变浓稠后, 加入盐和胡椒粉调味。
- 加入意大利面混合即可。
Creamy Mushroom & Bacon Spaghetti
- 2 servings of spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 4 slices bacon, cut into ½” pieces
- 3 mushrooms, sliced
- Red capsicum and broccoli, cut into small pieces
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- Start cooking spaghetti according to package instructions. Meanwhile, prepare the rest of ingredients. You can combine heavy whipping cream and milk in the same measuring cup.
- In a large skillet heat olive oil on medium heat and cook garlic until fragrant.
- Add bacon and sauté.
- Add the mushrooms, capsicum and broccoli, mix together. Sprinkle pepper if you like.
- Stir in flour and keep mixing with wooden spoon. Constantly scrape off the bottom of the pan.
- Stir in whipping cream and milk and continue scraping off the bottom of the pan.
- Bring the sauce to a boil.
- When boiling, add soy sauce and mix all together.
- When the sauce gets thicken, add black pepper (and salt) to taste.
- You can add spaghetti in the skillet to mix with the sauce, or you can pour the sauce over the spaghetti on a serving plate. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
这个意大利面变化也蛮多的, 选自己喜欢的材料放进去也都可以。 记得最后的酱汁不要煮得太干, 因为捞起后酱汁会稍微浓稠些。 一开始还在想怎么那么西式的意大利面还要加入酱油, 后来大胆尝试一下, 出来调和后的味道还不错的, 感觉有为整个意大利面加分不少。 所以我周末的晚餐就是这道很香浓, 很有满足感的一顿简单温馨的白酱意大利面了。
