幸福的一餐

吃多了外面的食物,让我觉得有点厌倦,想吃比较清淡的。所以今天的晚餐就自己煮粥了, 对我来说是最容易又健康的一餐吧。还记得以前大学的时候,跟同学在外面住,都喜欢自己下厨,然后很常煮粥,因为放进slow cooker里面几个小时就可以了,而且还可以当午餐跟晚餐呢。但是自从大学毕业后,到现在在外工作,都是在外面吃,很少有机会自己下厨。

再说回今天的粥,我放了糙米,紫菜,冬菇片,公鱼翅(这个我不知道华语怎么说,请用广东话来念),江鱼仔,放进slow cooker煮了3个小时多,真的很入味了,也不用加调味料,真的很简单。最后还炒了一样菜,放了江鱼仔进去一起炒,真的比较好吃。我对吃不是很挑剔,所以这对我来说已经是很满足的一餐了。

  2. I like to cook soup with cauliflower...add in chicken breast meat and carrot..yum yum..

  4. Mindy: Yes, you are right, but I eat mostly outside food during my days in Gerik...no choice :(

    Eileen: Soup with cauliflower? Haven't tried that before, maybe next time :)

    James: Too much of outside food recently, so opt for something simple lo. Waiting for you all to come to Gerik for food tour ya...but actually nothing much there also.
