农历新年还有两个星期就到了, 大家都在为了准备新年而忙, 在网上看到大家都在炸芽菇, 好像很好玩这样子, 所以我也有样学样,去买了大概2kg的芽菇, 准备回来炸。 呵呵, 这是我第一次炸, 所以一开始还觉得蛮有趣好玩的。
其实很简单, 不过那些过程就比较花时间和心机了。
这是我去挑回来的芽菇.
清洗干净后就要削皮了。
我花了好几个小时来炸, 成品才有两罐而已, 真的不简单啊。 我觉得哦, 如果真的要炸真的要有耐心才可以, 因为每个过程都需要耐心, 尤其是炸的时候, 更辛苦。 我尝试过一次就好了, 下次我宁愿花一些钱去买炸好的来吃啦。

hey..gal..i also tried before..vry hot and is really not an easy job..somemore mine one failed leh..really vry tedious work..i also rather go and buy..haha=p

yea, the process is tedious, that's why people are selling at RM10 - 15 / box ......
