新年第一炮 --〉炸芽菇

农历新年还有两个星期就到了, 大家都在为了准备新年而忙, 在网上看到大家都在炸芽菇, 好像很好玩这样子, 所以我也有样学样,去买了大概2kg的芽菇, 准备回来炸。 呵呵, 这是我第一次炸, 所以一开始还觉得蛮有趣好玩的。

其实很简单, 不过那些过程就比较花时间和心机了。


这是我去挑回来的芽菇.


清洗干净后就要削皮了。


然后就把它削成薄片, 就可以准备拿去炸了。


我是用中火炸, 大概看到金黄色我就起锅了。



我花了好几个小时来炸, 成品才有两罐而已, 真的不简单啊。 我觉得哦, 如果真的要炸真的要有耐心才可以, 因为每个过程都需要耐心, 尤其是炸的时候, 更辛苦。 我尝试过一次就好了, 下次我宁愿花一些钱去买炸好的来吃啦。

    i think bake cookies is easier.. hehe..

  2. hey..gal..i also tried before..vry hot and is really not an easy job..somemore mine one failed leh..really vry tedious work..i also rather go and buy..haha=p

  4. ChiewAng: Yalo, I also couldn't tahan spending hours to do the frying, so heaty...I rather buy from outside next time.

    Joo: Mine is ok, just too tedious work lo, this one should be the very first and last time I'm doing it...hehe..

    SuWei: Finished one tin already, 2nd tin going to finish soon...will consider to buy ready made ones from outside next time.

    不過我不知道是不是,可是台灣都是很小一顆ㄟ要削片可能會累死人吧!

  7. SimpleGirl: Yes, outside they are selling for that price, but I think the price is considered quite reasonable, since the work is not easy...

    LING: 这里大小颗的都有啦, 要慢慢去挑,所以很多工啊,我干脆去买来吃了。

  10. Mindy: I also like to eat as snack la, but made once enough, very hard work.

    Eileen: It's called Arrow Head, not the same with water chesnut. Usually frequently sold during CNY time only.
