德国酥饼 Marble German Butter Cookies


预计我会一直忙到农历新年, 所以我来如何忙碌都好, 也要百忙抽空来烘新年饼干, 为即将来临的新年热身一下。 每次我都有选择性的困扰, 所以这次的新年饼干, 我也是想了又想, 才决定以德国酥饼打头炮, 希望会是个好的开始。

再次数一数, 第四年做德国酥饼了, 但是每次都想搞些小花样, 因此这次参考了Ann的创意, 把它们做成大理石的花纹, 没有用叉子压扁, 只是稍微用手指压扁, 也有不一样的火花噢!



德国酥饼
A: 牛油 250g  ,糖粉 80g
B:  马铃薯粉 250g   面粉 100g 
C:  绿茶粉 1tsp, 可可粉1tsp
  1. 把牛油和过筛的糖粉用搅拌机搅匀。
  2. 加入马铃薯粉, 面粉拌匀成面团。把
  3. 面团的1/4加入绿茶粉, 另外1/4加入可可粉, 拌匀成团。
  4. 取少许原味面团, 和少许绿茶/可可面团揉成小粒, 再用手指稍微压扁。
  5. 放进预热170'C 的烤箱烤15-20 分钟。
Marble German Butter Cookies
A: Butter 250g Icing Sugar 80g (sifted)
B: Potato Starch 250g Flour 100g
C: Green Tea Powder 1Tbsp Cocoa Powder 1Tbsp
  1. Beat sugar and icing sugar together till fluffy. 
  2. Sift in potato starch and flour.
  3. Divide the batter into four equal portion. Mix 1/4 with cocoa powder, another 1/4 with green powder, mix well.
  4. Take 1tsp of green tea/cocoa powder and plain batter, wrap them together to form a ball, slightly press down with finger. 
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 170‘C for 15-20minutes. 
 
这次的尝试还不错, 只是面团依旧蛮黏手的, 还好后来比较顺手就容易操作了。 这次的饼干的造型有不一样, 算有少许的新意吧。 这次用比较好的可可粉, 所以比较香。 但是我想接下来, 我也会做回原味的, 因为开始想念奶油纯朴的香味了。   
 
我翻回以前的纪录, 原来我做过的新年饼不少呢。 希望今年可以尝试一些不一样的。

    1. Actually you can replace with corn flour, if you couldn't find potato starch at your place.

  9. I bought from baking ingredient shop, they got two types, one is normal one and another is imported one, I chose the later, tastes better.

    1. 这个面团会比较黏手, 所以在手上抹些油, 就比较容易揉成团的。

  17. 太好了, 原来可以用corn starch 代替potato starch!!! 还有一个法子就是放过冰箱就不会那么粘手了, 但是手脚要快哦。。。
