玫瑰奶茶相思蛋糕
-8"方形模型
A:
- 粟米油 50 g
- 盐1/8tsp
- 玫瑰奶茶 70g (我用4包格雷伯爵茶+牛奶+干玫瑰花浸泡, 过后取出干玫瑰)
- 蛋黃 5粒
- 全蛋 1粒
- 特幼面粉 70 g
- 蛋白 5粒
- 幼糖 75 g
- 柠檬汁 1tsp
2. 加入特幼面粉再打滑,备用。
3. 材料B: 蛋白加入柠檬汁, 分次加入幼糖, 打至用打蛋器拉出的蛋白顶端略弯就可以了 (无需打至干性)。分次加入材料A, 用切拌方式混合面湖,刮平,倒进模型。轻轻敲出气泡。
4. 以160‘C, 60分钟,以水浴发烘。出炉后,倒扣放凉。
Rose Milk Tea Ogura Cake
-8inch square baking pan
A:
50g corn oil
1/8tsp salt
70g Rose milk tea (4 Earl grey tea packets mixed with hot milk and dried rose buds, remove rose buds)
5 egg yolk
1 whole egg
70g super fine flour
B:
5 egg white
80g castor sugar
1tsp lemon juice
For A:
- Beat together corn oil, Rose milk tea , salt, egg yolk and whole egg till frothy.
- Sift in super fine flour and mix well, put aside.
For B:
- Using electric mixer, beat egg white with lemon juice and castor sugar till soft peak.
- Using spatula, mix together A and B till combine.
- Pour the three types of batter into a 8" square baking pan (lined with baking sheet at the bottom and side), steam-bake in oven at 160'C for 60 minutes.
- Invert the cake after baking and let it cool before serving。
一直以来都很爱喝玫瑰花奶茶, 感觉有很独特的香味, 喝了很有渡假的感觉。 因此我就尝试了用玫瑰花奶茶来做相思蛋糕了。 放了四个茶包, 里头的细茶叶也要放进去噢, 味道比我想像的浓郁, 而且还有淡淡的玫瑰花香, 我喜欢得不得了。 有一片玫瑰花奶茶相思蛋糕当下午茶, 真的很享受, 很满足呢!
我也是被神偷手“偷”过照片和食谱,真的气,但也很佩服他们的厚脸皮,无言!
