可乐饼

难的这个周末比较闲, 家里又只剩下我跟妹妹两人, 所以厨房又是我天下了, 哈哈。 无意中想到不久之前在网上看到'可乐饼'的食谱, 然后再找看看家里还有一些马铃薯, 所以就决定做这个点心了。 做法其实跟MASHED POTATO有点相似, 把马铃薯煮软过后, 压成泥, 然后我还有加全熟的蛋, 再加上一些胡椒粉调味。 过后再把它们捏成自己要的形状, 就完成一半了。





接下去就是外皮的部分了。 我先上一层面粉, 然后粘上蛋液。 最后就是再上一层的面包粉。 但是后来我才发觉家里都没有面包粉, 最后只好把临时找到的饼干弄碎, 当面包粉来用。对了, 我还有在旁边放了一片紫菜做装饰, 不然会很单调。





然后, 去下油去煎到金黄色即可。 但是应该是我一开始的火太热了, 导致颜色有点不均匀, 有点没有那么完美了。 呵呵, 后来出来的口感还不错, 妹妹说好吃 :)

    下次你在做可樂餅除了POTATO跟蛋也可加一點沙拉醬讓可樂餅不這樣乾比較濕潤還有加點玉米粒也很不錯!
    如果有起司也可包在餅裡這樣又多一種口感
    回家真好吧^^心情不錯嗎還下廚勒~哈

  5. Ling: 我的确有想过要放沙拉醬, 但是发现家里的沙拉醬过期了, 所以出来的效果有点干。 玉米粒和cheese下次我会试试看。 近来放假心情都很好好, 哈哈, 等我下星期回来哦:)
