香料鸡肉焗马铃薯 Jacket Potato With Chicken and Herbs


这个是我一直很想弄的, 上个星期终于买到适合的马铃薯了, 所以就可以尝试这个料理了。 食谱我是根据Yum Yum双月刊杂志的, 步骤看来很简单, 但是真正做起来的时候还蛮费时间的。


馅料:

1大匙橄榄油

洋葱,蒜,300g鸡肉碎

1/2小匙 Parsley 叶

盐和胡椒粉调味


6粒中型马铃薯

200g Cheddar Cheese, 适量的橄榄油


1. 烧热橄榄油,爆香蒜和洋葱,加入鸡肉炒香。

2. 加入Parsley叶,盐和胡椒粉炒匀。盛起待冷, 加入起司拌匀。

3. 马铃薯放入滚水煮至软, 待冷去皮, 然后对半切开, 用小汤匙挖去中间的肉。

4. 将马铃薯肉加入(2)料拌匀,填入马铃薯中。 再用铝箔纸将外层包好, 放在烤盘上。

5. 淋上少许的橄榄油和起司丝, 送进预热好烤箱 200'C 烤12分钟至金黄色即可。


出来的味道还不错,不过整体我觉得比较比较干, 下次应该可以加上白酱或者番茄酱。 不过我觉得一个人吃大概半颗马铃薯就刚刚好了, 那天我们一人吃了1颗, 还真腻的。




感觉上自己越来越喜欢用马铃薯弄料理了, 因为它的变化很多, 而且很容易找得到。 但是我不想吃太多马铃薯而发胖, 所以还是适可而止好了!
