香蒜面包



还是面包,我还是忍不住弄面包了, 因为觉得吃面包好像没有吃蛋糕那么月+巴, 所以就比较少弄蛋糕了。 这个面团还是一样用了欧蕾面包的面团。





至于馅料, 我用大概30g的奶油, 拌入一些切碎的蒜, 再加入少许的Parsley叶, 搅拌备有就可以了。 在面包第二次发酵完毕后, 我在面包上切一刀, 然后挤入之前准备的馅料就可以了, 之后再发酵10分钟就可以拿去烘烤了。

今天开始有短短的4天假期, 好开心可以暂时休息了, 可以做自己喜欢的事情。  希望大家都可以用美好的周末, 好好珍惜每一天 :)

  1. wah..sze min..u vry geng lah..can i hv the recipe?i vry scared..coz nvr try to bake bread before..in addition..i dont' hv bread machine..wakaka..enjoy ur hol ya..btw, nice change of blog skin..

  2. Joo: Which recipe you want? The bread dough? You can try to bake bread, it's fun and you will get addicted like me, hehe.

  3. Joo, the bread dough, I used the same recipe as 鮪鱼沙拉心形面包 + 火腿乳酪面包, you can refer to that one :)
