美式巧克力饼干 Tollhouse Cookies

其实近来做饼干做到有点怕了, 看这几天要收工了, 不然我下次对做饼干会有恐惧感了。  这个食谱是从新买的食谱书看来的, 食谱家里很多, 但是有真正拿来做的又好像没有几个, 有点浪费钱的感觉。 不过买把食谱买回家, 得空看看里头的照片也很好, 就是喜欢那种感觉, 或许买了不一定要做吧。


还有几天就过年了,想起小时候要过年的时候都会很兴奋, 现在可能年龄慢慢增长, 少了那种期待。 只是有点欣慰因为新年可能放假比较长时间, 可以休息。 

这个饼干被取名美式巧克力饼干, 比我以前弄的巧克力饼干比较薄身, 所以比较脆。 而且上头加了巧克力粒, 配搭到不错, 虽然没有加可可粉, 但是还是有巧克力的味道。 


食谱: (取自 Alex Goh 的Baking Code )
材料A:
  • 幼糖 50g
  • 黄糖 100g
  • 牛油 60g
  • 白油 60g
材料B:
  • 鸡蛋 1粒
  • 香草精 1/2茶匙
材料C:
  • 普通面粉 150g
  • 小苏打 1/4 茶匙
  • 发粉 1/2 茶匙
  • 棒子粉(ground hazelnut) 20g
材料D:
  • 切碎果仁 60g
  • 巧克力粒 100g
  1. 将材料A打发, 然后加入材料B搅拌至光滑。
  2. 筛入材料C搅拌均匀。
  3. 最后加入材料D混合拌匀。
  4. 将它放入冰箱冷藏一个小时。 
  5. 将面团放入烤盘, 把它压扁, 然后将一些巧克力粒放在表面。
  6. 以170‘C的炉温烤15分钟。 

    这个饼干我还蛮推荐的, 因为做法不难, 而且薄薄一片,也是其中一个会吃个不停的饼干, 哈哈。 有时间的话, 大家可以试试看, 很不错的。

    5. I also agree that we tend to buy lots of recipe books but hardly try them out. But just by reading the recipes and looking at the pictures is good enough. ;)

    10. 你说的很对! 很多时候我们在书店里看到食谱书就很想买回来做, 不过买了之后就摆在家里头。有些书还特别贵,不用它感觉好浪费钱!哈哈

      1. 糖的部分可以减最多20%, 应该没有问题的, 我也不喜欢太甜。
