‘Pastry'水果蛋糕 Fruit Pastry Cake


第一次看到这个蛋糕的名字的时候, 还真好奇, 为什么会出现 pastry 这个字, 因为明明就是蛋糕。但是我吃过过后, 还是搞不懂, 因为就是典型的蛋糕。 我一开始是被这个蛋糕的外表吸引的, 蛋糕撒上糖粉后, 外表的可观度真的大大提高, 而且可以依自己的喜好, 排上喜欢的水果。 



蛋糕做法就如一般蛋糕的做法, 只是最后一个步骤, 把水果排上去的时候比较好玩。 因为第一次尝试这样的玩意, 所以我还是有点手忙脚乱, 好怕一不小心把蛋糕搞砸了。 我用的是罐头的peach, 还有龙眼, 不过龙眼烘过后好像不明显了。 

蛋糕口感不错, 但是虽然我已经减了糖的部分, 但是还是偏甜。 我觉得如果有加草莓的话, 可能口味会更加, 可以综合那个甜味。 




食谱:(取自OhBin)

材料:
  • 牛油100g
  • 幼糖150g (我用140g)
  • Yogurt/sour cream 50g
  • 蛋三粒(室温)
  • 柠檬皮屑1茶匙 (我用橙皮屑)
  • 面粉210g
  • 发粉1茶匙
  • 水果比如草莓,蓝莓,桃,香蕉,苹果等等
做法:
  1. 水果切好,若用罐头水果洗掉糖水
  2. 把 8寸圆形烤盘抹油,底部铺纸
  3. 用 mixer把牛油,yogurt和糖打至松
  4. 一粒一粒鸡蛋慢慢下加入
  5. 把橙皮屑拌入面粉,底速度拌至均匀即可倒入烤盘
  6. 把水果铺在面糊上面,但别按入面糊里
  7. 放入预热的烤箱180度,烤60-80分钟即可 (我用了65分钟)
  8. 冷却15分钟后,撒上糖粉即可

  2. wow, i love this kind of cake a lot leh, i like it when the cake is sponge cake type, not so filling. U can add strawberry and kiwi fruits to it too.

  16. I also get the same problem, my cake dry and hard. Is it possible over bake? I bake 65 minutes. Kindly please advise. Thanks.

  17. Mama: I baked for 65 minutes also, it didn't turn out hard, I'm not sure what is the exact problem. Maybe can try with lower temperature next time.
