为了消耗一些新鲜的柠檬, 就上网找了一些柠檬的点心, 最后给我在 Pook的网站看到这个甜点。 看到她的图片好漂亮哦, 我又再次被那美观的外表吸引住了。
食谱 (改编自DailyDelicious)
饼皮:
- 牛油 85g, 冷冻
- 面粉 110g
- 糖粉 45g
- 盐 1/4tsp
- 蛋 2粒
- 细糖 110g
- 面粉 1 1/2tbsp
- 盐 1/8 tsp
- 柠檬汁 85ml
- 鲜奶油 2tbsp
- 糖粉 (撒在上面装饰)
- 准备一个18cm的正方形烤盘, 抹油。
- 把牛油刨成小片, 可以用那些大洞的grater。
- 把面粉, 糖粉还有盐在容器拌匀。
- 加入牛油块, 用一个汤匙把他们混合, 直到成为类似小粒状。
- 把它们放入烤盘, 按平。
- 放进冰箱冷冻15分钟。
- 取出, 用180'C 烤大概16-18分钟, 取出备用。
- 准备内陷, 把蛋, 细糖, 面粉和盐搅拌均匀。
- 加进柠檬汁和鲜奶油。
- 把蛋糊倒入饼皮上, 用162'C烤大概18分钟。
- 取出待凉后才切片, 然后再撒上糖粉。
觉得我做派皮的功夫还有待加强, 因为很少做, 所以感觉很生疏。 我的派皮如果烤更久会比较脆吧。 不过我认为那个内陷真的很美味, 酸酸的, 感觉很清新。
我的跟Pook的卖相相差很远呢, 她的切得好工整, 我的比较粗慥。 不过好吃是不可否认的, 所以我还是推荐大家试试看。
