其实这个本来是要当早餐的。 因为近来总是提不起劲来做蛋糕还是其它烘焙, 感觉是让自己的烘炉休息一下。 所以早上起来找不到东西吃, 就随意在冰箱找了一些可以消耗的材料出来, 来个简单又快速的炒蛋。
三色炒蛋
- 鸡蛋 3个
- 腊肠 半条
- 大葱 1粒
- 灯笼椒 1个
- 番茄 1个
- 把腊肠, 大葱, 灯笼椒和番茄切片/粒备用。
- 鸡蛋放入碗中, 稍微打散, 放点胡椒粉调味, 备用。
- 锅中放些油, 放入大葱, 炒软过后, 加入腊肠, 炒到出味。
- 放入番茄丁和灯笼椒丁, 稍微炒一下, 就可以加入鸡蛋。
- 把蛋汁加入锅中,火开小,慢慢的炒蛋, 炒到蛋汁凝固马上关火。
这个炒蛋虽然说是早餐, 但是感觉有点不适合, 拿来配面包也好像不怎么配。 所以后来把吃不完的拿来配饭, 反而觉得很不错的。 因为腊肠本身已经有咸味, 所以也不用怎样调味, 味道已经很丰富了。
当我有点懒散, 没什么心情做烘焙的时候, 我就只有在厨房里搞这样简简单单的一道炒蛋, 也能是件让我满足的一件事情。

You use chinese sausage for the scrambled egg - I think it's a real good idea. I should give it a go too since I have quite some Chinese sausages in my fridge.
