不会不喜欢の烤帕玛森起司马铃薯块 Parmesan Roasted Potatoes


我最喜欢用烤箱准备食物了, 除了比较健康外, 也省下很多功夫。 因为这几天突然喉咙痛了, 接着感冒又找上门了, 所以我上个周末也只能留在家里休息, 连准备午餐的心情也没了。 不过我还是在迷迷糊糊当中准备了这一餐, 没有太丰富, 但是应该会很耐饱。


 

这次比较要介绍的是那个帕玛森起司烤马铃薯块。 一直以来我都超爱马铃薯的, 觉得它的变化多端, 除了可以拿去烤, 还可以焖, 煎, 或者加入沙拉。 不过感觉上还是不可多吃, 淀粉量很高, 当配菜就差不多。


帕玛森起司烤马铃薯块
  • 马铃薯 4个
  • 橄榄油 2Tbsp
  • 香蒜粉 1/4tsp
  • 盐 1/2tsp
  • Paprika powder 1tsp
  • 黑胡椒 1/4tsp
  • 帕玛森起司粉 3Tbsp 
  1. 把马铃薯去皮后, 切成小块。
  2. 加入橄榄油, 再加入剩余的调味料。混合均匀。
  3. 放入预热200‘C的烤箱, 烤大概45 分钟。 烘烤途中, 拿出来2-3次, 用汤匙搅拌, 避免它们黏在一起。

  • Medium potatoes, medium 4
  • Olive oil 2Tbsp
  • Garlic powder 1/4tsp
  • Salt 1/2tsp
  • Paprika powder 1tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4tsp
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese 3Tbsp
  1. Cube the potatoes.
  2. Add in olive oil. 
  3. Sprinkle the other ingredients over the potatoes.
  4. Mix everything together with a spoon.
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 200‘C for 45 minutes. During the baking time, remove the potatoes from the oven 2-3 times to toss them a little thus preventing them from sticking to the bottom of the pan. 

这样的处理方式很简单吧, 比起煎炸的薯条来得更健康, 吃了也不会让身体增加负担。 这次我用的起司粉不够多, 所以少了点点的起司味, 是唯一美中不足的。 至于我那一大块鸡腿, 我是用香蒜和姜块搅烂,  然后抹在鸡皮下, 拿去烘烤的, 这次有加了黑酱油让它有些颜色。

  13. chicken, potatoes and broccoli - one of my fave dishes! I've never actually roasted potatoes with parmesan, but it sure does sound really good!
