终于来到第500篇了, 六年的日子真的不短, 之前真的没有想过自己可以坚持那么久。 要持之有恒的写部落格, 坦白说真的不是一件容易的事, 有好几次我都有想要放弃的念头, 但还好那些都只是念头, 想起这些日子得到了鼓励与加油, 我就这样的维持到今天了。
我承认在生活中, 我有时是有点一层不变, 所以星期天的午餐, 还是来烤鸡上腿。 唯一不同的是这次的酱料吧, 用了现成的Peri peri酱来腌制。 Peri peri 原本是非洲语的 Bird's eye chili, 这个会让人喷火的酱, 既酸又辣很带劲。
霹雳霹雳烤鸡上腿
- 鸡腿 4只
醃汁用料:
- Peri peri 酱 2Tbsp
- 橄榄油 1Tbsp
- 香蒜碎 3tsp
- 姜碎 1tsp
- 柠檬汁 1粒
- 鸡腿洗干净后, 用厨房纸巾擦干水份, 在鸡腿上刮几刀, 以帮助入味。
- 将醃汁混合, 加入鸡腿拌匀后, 放入冰箱冷藏1个小时。
- 把鸡腿放在烤架上, 下面放一个烤盘, 让汁滴下来。
- 把鸡腿放入预热200‘C的烤箱, 烤大概20分钟, 取出翻面, 再继续烤20-30分钟。
- Chicken Whole Leg 4
To marinate:
- Peri peri sauce (store bought) 2Tbsp
- Olive oil 1Tbsp
- Minced garlic 3tsp
- Ground garlic 1tsp
- Lemon juice from 1 lemon
- Wash the chicken whole legs and dry them up, poke a few holes on on them to help the absorption of marinates.
- Marinate the chicken whole legs for at least 1 hour in fridge or overnight.
- Put the chicken whole legs on a grill pan with a tray below to collect the juice.
- Put the trays into oven and bake at preheated oven at 200'C for 20 minutes.
- Take out the chicken whole legs and turn to the other side to brown, and continue to roast for another 20-30 minutes till cooked.
为了让鸡腿更有味道, 我在烤好前有在鸡表面再刷一层peri peri 酱汁, 所以很入味。虽然说这个烤鸡的做法跟以往的大同小异, 但是我觉得有少许的惊喜, 因为这个酱汁真的辣得很刺激。 记得我买现成酱汁的时候, 还有分几种辣度的, 下次我要试试看那个最辣的, 应该很开胃吧。
