南乳烤鸡翅膀 Nam Yu Roast Chicken Wings


我想这次会不会是这么久以来最简短的一篇, 因为近来真的好累, 累得很多事情都不想做, 下班回来我只想倒头大睡。 或许这也暗示我是时候让自己休息了, 才有能力走更远的路。 所以这次分享的也是重复之作, 上次是鸡腿,现在换成鸡翅膀。 


南乳烤鸡翅膀
  • 鸡翅膀 6个 

  • 南乳 2块
  • 南乳汁 2tsp
  • 酱油 1tsp
  • 麻油 1tsp
  • 蜂蜜 1Tbsp
  1. 用汤匙把南乳块弄碎和其它混合一起。 
  2. 鸡翅膀清洗干净抹干后, 均匀的涂上料, 至少一个小时。 
  3. 把鸡翅膀用竹签插好, 放入预热200‘C的烤箱, 烤大概40分钟, 间中拿出来把鸡翅膀翻面。

  • Chicken Wings 6
For marinate
  • Nam Yu 2 pieces
  • Nam Yu liquid 2tsp
  • Light soy sauce 1tsp
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp
  • Honey 1Tbsp
  1. Mash up the nam yu with the liquid and mix with the other ingredients for marinate.
  2. Clean and pat dry the chicken wings, and coat well with the marinates, marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Roast the chicken wings in preheated oven at 200‘C for 40 minutes, flip the chicken wings in between to roast both sides evenly.  
 

这次鸡翅膀我有隔夜, 所以感觉比上次的更入味。 而且我觉得要烤得表皮香脆, 真的要用烤架才行. 一开始我还打算把鸡翅膀拿去炸的, 比较好吃, 但是想到油炸的过程, 我又开始懒散了, 还好烤的也不错, 至少比上不足, 比下有余, 我很容易满足的。 这一篇算我休假的最后一篇了, 两个星期后再见了 :-)
