代表新年の花生饼 Peanut Cookies


倒数两个星期就要过年了, 感觉这次的新年来得很快, 忙忙碌碌中新年就要来到了。 记得以前小时候的新年都很热闹, 因为就只有那段时间可以跟远方的亲戚见面, 尤其是在北部的表哥, 表姐还有表弟表妹,  大家都在新年玩乐不亦乐乎。 那时候的年饼也没有现在的那么 ‘发达’, 会有炸慈菇之类的, 那时候新年必有的年饼就非花生饼莫属吧。 所以我老是觉得要吃花生饼, 才会有过年的感觉。 


花生饼 (改编自轻轻松松学烘焙)


  • 炒香花生, 去皮, 打碎 300g
  • 面粉 300g
  • 糖粉 200g
  • 油 250ml
  • 蛋, 打散, 抹皮用 
  1. 花生碎, 面粉和糖粉过筛, 拌匀, 徐徐加入油拌成可搓成汤丸形的软团。
  2. 用手搓成小圆形, 放在烤盘, 抹上蛋液。
  3. 放入预热180'C的烤箱, 烤30-25分钟。 
Peanut Cookies
  • Peanuts (fried till fragrant and remove the skins, then blend with blender) 300g
  • Flour 300g
  • Icing sugar 200g
  • Oil 250ml
  • Egg wash
  1. Sift the ground peanuts, flour and icing sugar and mix together.
  2. Add in the oil, till it forms a soft doughs.
  3. Round them into small balls and brush with egg wash.
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 180'C for 20-25 minutes.

这个花生饼最容易弄了, 因为都不用出动到搅拌器, 只要全部材料拌匀就可以了。 这次我做的时候, 我有额外把花生碎, 糖粉和面粉全部一起过筛, 这样出来的口感会更细, 更有溶在口里的感觉。 喜欢这种传统的花生饼, 无论过了多少时候, 这饼干吃下去, 还是有一种小时候的味道与回忆, 是其它饼干所无可取代的。

  3. Yeah, peanut cookies give us CNY feel, I love it too. Last yr my fren follow ur recipe bake this and the other green pea cookies for us to eat, very nice too. L

    1. This is I'm not going to bake green pea cookies because not enough time already, still prefer this kind of traditional cny cookies.

  12. hi min, thank you for sharing your recipes =)
    can i ask you something? about the peanut. because i do try to bake peanut cookies with a similar recipe with your vision. but one thing i find out, i couldn't blend well the peanut after i pan fried it, it seems like come out a lot of oil after i fried it. can you share me your idea on it?

  13. Hi Stacey, are you using a blender to blend? Or maybe you blend till too fine, which may cause it to be oily.

    1. Hi Min, hammm... yes i am using blender to blend it, but i couldn't get it fine also, after i blended it, its look like almond nib.. which kind of peanut are you using?
