五香炸鸡块 Five-Spice Fried Chicken


春节快快乐乐的地过去了, 生活也开始忙碌起来。 这个周末要去这里, 下个周末要到那里, 然后再过不久又安排了微旅行, 所以有时真的觉得喘不过气来。 但是仔细想一想, 还有足够的能力和精神去做一些事情, 真的不是容易的。 有时候, 机会只有一次, 最佳时机也不是常常都有, 所以还有能力还有机会去尝试的事情, 都不应该轻易的错过。

上个周末突然很想吃炸鸡块, 所以选了一个没有尝试过的五香口味。 其实炸鸡块也没有想像的难, 鸡肉腌一腌, 再下油炸就可以了。 但是煎炸的食物, 久久吃一次就好, 吃多真的对健康有害。



五香炸鸡块

  • 鸡胸肉 300g
  • 木薯粉 适量
  • 九层塔 1小把
  • 胡椒粉 适量
  • 辣椒粉 适量
调味料
  • 五香粉 2tsp
  • 蒜末 1Tbsp
  • 米酒 1/2Tbsp
  • 糖 1Tbsp
  • 鸡蛋 (搅打成蛋液)2Tbsp
  • 麻油 1tsp 
  1. 鸡肉洗干净后切成1.5公分小块;  鸡块加入所有调味料拌匀,腌约30分钟。 
  2. 将鸡肉均匀沾裹上木薯粉, 静置3-5分钟后, 放入油锅中, 以中火炸至表皮金黄酥脆状, 捞起。 
  3. 开大火, 让有升温加热, 在把鸡肉放回锅内炸约30 秒, 让鸡肉变成酥脆, 接着放入九层塔速炸一下, 即可捞起, 撒上胡椒粉和辣椒粉, 即完成。

  • Chicken breast 300g
  • Tropica flour 
  • Basil leaves  1stalk
  • Ground pepper
  • Chilli powder
Marinades:
  • Five-spice powder 2tsp
  • Chopped garlic 1Tbsp
  • Rice wine 1/2Tbsp
  • Sugar 1Tbsp
  • Egg (light beaten)2Tbsp
  • Sesame oil 1tsp
  1. Cut the chicken breast into 1.5cm small pieces, mix marinades with the chicken, for at least 30 minutes. 
  2. Heat up oil for frying. Coat the chicken with a layer of tropica flour, and put into oil, fry until golden-brown. Dish up.
  3. Turn to high heat, continue heating the oil to let the temperature increased. Fry the chicken pieces again for around 30 seconds, for them to become crispier, then put in basil leaves for few seconds and dish up both the chicken and basil leaves.
  4. Sprinkle some pepper and chilli powder to serve. 

这样的鸡块其实很方便吃, 我一边炸, 就一边吃, 然后炸好后, 我也饱了。 而且总觉得自己在家里炸的食物比外面来得健康, 吃得比较安心, 所以偶尔吃这个炸鸡块, 应该不算过份吧。

    This fried chicken look like chicken pop corn.
    Just pop into mouth.. no worries about bone.
    You use chicken breast to cook this must be very tasty and nice.
