蘑菇培根白酱意大利面 Creamy Mushroom Bacon Spaghetti


又来一道意大利面, 总觉得家里的意大利面条消耗得特别快, 因为一到周末, 当我绞尽脑汁想要吃什么的时候, 意大利面就是最好的选择了。 虽然香蒜辣椒意大利面依然是我的最爱, 但是这次新尝试的白酱意大利面也很不错, 偶尔换一下口味, 比较有新鲜感。 


蘑菇培根白酱意大利面
  • 意大利面 2人份
  • 橄榄油 2Tbsp
  • 蒜头, 切片,2瓣
  • 培根, 切块, 4片
  • 蘑菇, 切片, 3个
  • 黑胡椒粉适量
  • 面粉 2Tbsp
  • 鲜奶油 1/3杯
  • 牛奶 1杯
  • 酱油 1Tbsp
  1. 意大利面根据包装上的指示准备好。 牛奶和鲜奶油放入一个相同的容器备用。 
  2. 在一个平底锅, 放入橄榄油把蒜头炒香, 加入培根。
  3. 再放入菇类翻炒, 加入黑胡椒粉。
  4. 加入面粉, 拌匀。 加入鲜奶油和牛奶, 继续搅拌。
  5. 把白酱煮滚, 然后加入酱油拌匀。 
  6. 白酱变浓稠后, 加入盐和胡椒粉调味。
  7. 加入意大利面混合即可。
Creamy Mushroom & Bacon Spaghetti

Serves 2
  • 2 servings of spaghetti
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices bacon, cut into ½” pieces
  • 3 mushrooms, sliced
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  1. Start cooking spaghetti according to package instructions. Meanwhile, prepare the rest of ingredients. You can combine heavy whipping cream and milk in the same measuring cup.
  2. In a large skillet heat olive oil on medium heat and cook garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add bacon and sauté.
  4. Add the mushrooms and mix together. Sprinkle pepper if you like.
  5. Stir in flour and keep mixing with wooden spoon. Constantly scrape off the bottom of the pan.
  6. Stir in whipping cream and milk and continue scraping off the bottom of the pan.
  7. Bring the sauce to a boil.
  8. When boiling, add soy sauce and mix all together.
  9. When the sauce gets thicken, add black pepper (and salt) to taste.
  10. You can add spaghetti in the skillet to mix with the sauce, or you can pour the sauce over the spaghetti on a serving plate. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

这个白酱跟以前我尝试过的有点分别, 这个没有加入蛋黄的, 而且加了酱油, 真的很特别。 材料方面, 我觉得自己调整一下, 我都是看看冰箱有剩些什么, 就把它们加了进去。 这次我有加入甜椒, 也很搭的。  这次的白酱蛮合我的胃口的, 唯一的埋怨是酱汁有点太过浓稠, 应该是我煮得太久了吧, 下次这点改善一下, 应该会更令人满意的。

  3. Min, I think you live in the wrong country, hehe, can imagine that you cook more western food than eastern food, right, haha! This dish of pasta looks so delicious!
