蜜汁烤鸡腿 Honey Roasted Chicken Drumsticks


半个月的农历新年很快又结束了, 这段日子休息了一阵子, 也跟久违的朋友相聚喝茶, 所以吃进去肚子的当然也不少。 现在日子回复平静了, 照常的努力上班, 只有周末的时候才可以透透气, 做自己喜欢的事情。 众多的贺岁片当中, 只看了一部, ‘一路有你’, 这部本地的制作果然没有让我失望, 是一部除了带给观众欢乐, 背后还带出许多的人生哲理, 真的要给大大个的赞了!



蜜汁烤鸡腿

  • 鸡腿 4只
腌汁:
  • 酱油 2Tbsp
  • 米酒 2Tbsp
  • 蜂蜜 2Tbsp
  • 糖 1/2tsp
  • 黑胡椒粉 少许
  • 蒜末 少许
  1. 用刀在鸡腿上划几刀, 以帮助入味。
  2. 鸡腿和腌汁混合, 腌至少半个小时。 
  3. 鸡腿放入预热200‘C的烤箱(皮向下), 烤大概30-40分钟取出或熟透。 
  4. 间中要取出鸡腿翻面再刷上蜂蜜。

  •  4 Chicken Drumsticks
Marinades:
  • 2 Tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp rice wine
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • A dash of black pepper
  • 1 tsp of crushed garlic
  1. Preheat oven the 200'C. 
  2. Mix all marinade ingredients in a large mixing bowl.  
  3. Add chicken  and coat with marinade and leave it for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place the chicken legs skin down up on a lined baking tray.  
  5. Roast for about 30-40 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.  
  6. Turn the chicken to skin side up after 20 minutes and brush with honey from time to time.
 这个蜜汁烤鸡也不是新的玩意了,在家也很常煮, 因为所需要用到的材料都垂手可得。 只是这次有加入少许的黑胡椒粉调味。 再加上一些马铃薯, 大葱和红萝卜一起烤, 又是简单营养的一餐了。
