蜜汁烤鸡腿
- 鸡腿 4只
- 酱油 2Tbsp
- 米酒 2Tbsp
- 蜂蜜 2Tbsp
- 糖 1/2tsp
- 黑胡椒粉 少许
- 蒜末 少许
- 用刀在鸡腿上划几刀, 以帮助入味。
- 鸡腿和腌汁混合, 腌至少半个小时。
- 鸡腿放入预热200‘C的烤箱(皮向下), 烤大概30-40分钟取出或熟透。
- 间中要取出鸡腿翻面再刷上蜂蜜。
- 4 Chicken Drumsticks
- 2 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp rice wine
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- A dash of black pepper
- 1 tsp of crushed garlic
- Preheat oven the 200'C.
- Mix all marinade ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Add chicken and coat with marinade and leave it for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the chicken legs skin down up on a lined baking tray.
- Roast for about 30-40 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
- Turn the chicken to skin side up after 20 minutes and brush with honey from time to time.
