热烫烫最好吃的 “燕麦奶油司康 Oatmeal Scones”


每次想到scones就让我很自然地想到金马伦的下午茶。 因为每次去那边, 都会去点scone来吃, 在冷冷的天气吃, 真的好有感觉。 但是这次做的scone, 虽然上了金马伦的冷空气, 但是我觉得还是非常适合当早餐。

 里面还是软的哦。

再加上这个加了燕麦粉, 所以又为营养价值加分了。 这次是看了HBB 的解说, 学了很多, 所以又再让我有再次尝试做scone的念头。 感觉做scone功夫不多, 只是很多地方要注意, 所以我把她的解说读了好多遍, 才动手做。 


 
我的功夫还没到家, 只有淡淡的‘微笑’.


食谱 (取自Happy Home Baking)
  • 低筋面粉150g 
  • 全麦面粉 50g 
  • 发粉2 tsp
  • 细糖2 tbsp
  • 盐  少许
  • 牛油 50g, 冷藏,切小块
  • 蛋 1粒, 最好从冰箱拿出来, 打散
  • 优格 80g 
  • Vanilla 香精1/2 tsp
    1. 把粉类过筛, 放进一个大容器。 
    2. 用手指把牛油块搓(rub)入粉类, 直到呈现细粒状。
    3. 然后把牛奶, 优格和香草精倒入中间。
    4. 用搅拌刀轻轻地把它们拌匀。
    5. 把面团放在撒了面粉的桌上, 搓揉几下, 让它们形成团就可以了。
    6. 把面团放进塑胶袋, 放进冰箱冷藏30分钟。
    7. 面团拿出后, 把它杆成大概 1 inch 的厚度,用模型压出造型,再在表面刷上牛奶。
    8. 放入预热200'C的烤箱, 烤大概12-15分钟。

    更仔细的步骤, 大家可以看HBB那边, 那边很多有用的贴士, 这样做起来就会事半功倍了。


    你可以抹上果酱, 我的是Apricot Jam.

    不过我最喜欢的还是热烫烫的时候, 抹上一层厚厚的奶油, 好吃!
