一家团圆之 '花生饼' Melting Peanut Cookies


今天是年三十了, 相信大家也收工, 回家团圆过年了吧。 所以这个我送上新年的传统饼干- 花生饼, 我是觉得新年要有花生饼才有气氛。





花生饼 (改编自轻轻松松学烘焙)
  • 炒香花生, 去皮, 打碎 300g
  • 面粉 300g
  • 糖粉 200g
  • 油 250ml
  • 蛋, 打允, 抹皮用 
  1. 花生碎, 面粉和糖粉拌匀, 徐徐加入油拌成可搓成汤丸形的软团。
  2. 用手搓成小圆形, 放在烤盘, 抹上蛋液。
  3. 放入预热180'C的烤箱, 烤25分钟。 
在这里祝福大家万事如意, 幸福满满!
懂得知足幸福的人, 一杯白开水, 也可以很清甜 :)

  1. very pretty as always Min! i love them but lazy to do them cause need to roast the peanuts! you alrdy shou gong and i'm still stuck on my pineapple tarts and almond cookie baking!

  6. Wow, your recipe seems to call for a lot of oil. I didn't make any this year and now I so regret it cos I'm craving, hahaha.

    “新年要有花生饼才有气氛” 很同意,但是我抽不出时间做,看来冰箱里的买了很久的花生粉可能要喂垃圾桶了。

    你的花生饼很像罐头蘑菇,很可爱。

  21. 花生是要打成粉状还是小碎块呢?
    另外,如果不用油,用融化的奶油可以吗?

    1. 花生要打成粉状, 那个油可以用融化奶油代替, 但是需要不少的奶油噢。

  23. 糖粉200g不会太甜吗? 之前试做你的杏仁饼,味道很棒但是糖粉比例没这么高。。。还是花生饼需要多些糖粉?
